Safeguarding

The safety and welfare of pupils is a key duty for all staff and our main priority within school.

Any concerns about a pupil’s safety or welfare are brought directly to the safeguarding lead or – in her absence – to either of the deputies. 

Safeguarding matters are confidential in school and are only shared on a ‘need-to-know’ basis with members of staff in order to ensure the safety and well-being of pupils. We use CPOMS (Child Protection Online Monitoring System) in our school as a recording system, keeping information confidential and secure.
